Your role will cover the full SDLC from inception through Business Analysis, project planning, architecture and development. You will Lead junior Developers, mentor and up skill them.

You need:
Microsoft Office Sharepoint Server Development experience;
Knowledge of Silverlight;
Minimum of 2 years commercial C#.NET coding experience with at least C#.NET 2.0 and knowledge of 3.0 and/or 3.5;
ASP.NET;
XML Webservices; WCF;
Minimum of 4 years commercial experience in total with Lead experience on at least 2 projects.
Advantageous experience:
Sharepoint Designer;
WSS and SPS;
Linq;
In depth MS SQL Server 2005 design and development skills with T-SQL;
MS Patterns and Practises;
Business Analysis and Application Architecture experience;
Mobile Application development experience (WAP and .NET Mobile Frameworks).
