My client sits in the upper tiers of the MS Gold partner list; their core business includes ECM, KM, Document and Content Management but they are also building a strong reputation in Information Worker and to a lesser degree in MS Dynamics and Business Intelligence. What skills do you need?
At the very minimum you MUST have strong C#.NET, ASP.NET (enterprise n-tier app experience) and MS SQL Server (design experience needed);
C#.NET - between 2 and 3 years commercial experience;
ASP.NET - also between 2 and 3 years commercial experience;
SQL Server the same.
Ideally you will have knowledge of C#.NET 2.0, C#.NET 3.0, C#.NET 3.5 - C#.NET 2.0 essential, you will learn the others.
